2K row : 7:47 last 500m were impossible, practiced double unders was able to string together 37

Fran: 5:00 15 sec PR but should of been way quicker, good with current head problemos. 49 DUs 200 here I come!!

Tried to do a wod today and got a splitting headache, going to doctor tomorrow!

Didn't make it to MD today, going tomorrow for sure. Drank a cup of coffee and 600mg IBU prior to WOD "michael" was able to complete, horrible time, running had a headache the whole time time = 25:07

Wednesday - Plyos,5x5 power cleans, 4 rounds of 40 rope whips, then 5 rounds 200 m run 10 KB swings, 10 pullups, pm wod - 4 rounds jumping squats 115#, 12 clapping pushups
Thursday - Handstand walks, 5x5 weighted ring dips, 5x10 weighted pushups, 5 rounds single arm snatch 10 each, 50 dus, pm wod - 5 rounds 15 GHD situps, 15 KTE, 10 side to side slam balls
